About this program

This course offers an engaging exploration of social media management. Students will learn about the history and evolution of social media, its popular platforms and their uses, the role of social media influencers, and the principles of digital citizenship. They'll also create an idea to promote on social media, develop a marketing plan, and learn how to leverage social media algorithms.

Final projects or artifacts

Students will develop and present a social media marketing plan for an idea, product, or service they have created. This plan should detail their target audience, strategies for leveraging social media algorithms, and examples of engaging content.
