About this program

This introductory course to Python Video Game Development aims to educate students about the basics of Python programming and how it is applied to create video games. The objective is to empower students to grasp programming concepts and apply them creatively in game design. By the end of this course, students will understand Python syntax, logical problem-solving, and rudimentary concepts of game development such as graphics, sound, player input, and artificial intelligence.

The final project will involve students using their learned skills to design and code their own simple video game using Python. The game should incorporate elements such as user interaction, character movement, sound effects, and some form of challenge or objective.
