About this program

This course prepares students for success on the Geometry Regents exam through targeted instruction on essential concepts and problem-solving techniques. Topics include geometric proofs, transformations, congruence and similarity, properties of shapes, and coordinate geometry. Students will learn to apply theorems, construct logical arguments, and analyze real-world geometric problems. The course emphasizes test-taking strategies, practice with Regents-style questions, and hands-on problem-solving to build confidence and mastery. Individualized support ensures that students strengthen their understanding of challenging topics and are fully prepared for exam day.

Students will create a personalized Geometry Study Toolkit, including a comprehensive set of notes, example problems with step-by-step solutions, and visual aids such as diagrams and constructions. The toolkit will be designed to serve as a quick-reference resource for exam preparation and future geometry coursework.
